It all began with a casual conversation over high tea. Co-founders Bernadine and Caryn were discussing the beauty scene in Singapore when they realised that many women have still yet to try beauty services such as facials, IPL and the like because of their cost. That inspired the duo to create the opportunity to give everyone the right to pamper themselves with fine yet affordable beauty treats.
No. All articles come from external sources — the renowned doctors, dieticians or clinics themselves. SBW will not be held responsible for any inaccuracies.

Log in to your account and go to “My Bookings”. Your booking(s) will be displayed.
Yes. You can cancel your booking 48 hours in advance by logging into your account. Please be aware that SBW is not liable for specific cancellation policies that would apply to a salon/service listed on SBW. For last minute cancellations, please contact the respective salons directly. You will also receive a cancellation email.
Simply choose the type of service you would like on a specific day, and we’ll do the rest for you!
All complaints should be directed to the respective merchants themselves.
Yes. However, you will not be able to book sessions happening at the same time, on the same day.
You are unable to reschedule bookings. You will need to cancel and re-book the session.
Yes. You can choose the number of slots you want before submission.
Payment will be made directly to the merchant at the session.
